OSCAR Onsite was established in response to the growing need for greater accountability, competence, and consumer protection within the cavity wall insulation sector.

Over the past decade, we have investigated thousands of properties affected by damp, mould, moisture ingress, cavity wall insulation failure, and associated building defects. Through this experience, we identified a significant gap between energy efficiency objectives and the realities of building performance, property suitability, and long-term durability.

Today, OSCAR Onsite is recognised as one of the UK's leading authorities in cavity wall insulation surveying, inspection, extraction, training, accreditation, and compliance.

Our services include independent cavity wall insulation surveys, extraction and clearance programmes, technical monitoring, contractor accreditation, CPD training, competency assessments, and industry qualifications.

OSCAR Onsite is also proud to have developed the UK's only dedicated vocational qualifications in Cavity Wall Insulation Surveying & Inspection and Cavity Wall Insulation Extraction & Clearance, helping to create recognised competency pathways within the industry.

As a valued member of Oscar Onsite it is our responsibility to ensure that homeowners always receive excellent customer service from our accredited installers. On completion of an installation the homeowner will be asked to complete a customer satisfaction questionnaire to ensure that the Oscar Onsite standards and expectations have been met.
