With our unique experience, we can accurately recognise the skills required and through completing an onsite assessment determine the installers competence.

We work closely with Building product manufacturers, developing training programs and Approved Installer Schemes, whilst developing a range of initiatives with Home improvement, Construction Trades and, UPVC sectors. Ensuring that Installers are qualified for their trade and fit to install their products therefore maintaining the manufacturers reputation.

All Oscar Onsite accredited companies & installers complete a product training course and a vigorous training and compliance course as standard to be accepted into the Oscar Onsite network and we carry out regular auditing of their accredited installers to ensure the highest standard is met for every homeowner.

As a valued member of Oscar Onsite it is our responsibility to ensure that homeowners always receive excellent customer service/experience from our accredited installers. On completion of an installation the homeowner will be asked to complete a customer satisfaction questionnaire to ensure that the Oscar Onsite installers have met our standards and expectations, these questions include products, customer care, installation & communication throughout the purchase.

Oscar Onsite complete a technical survey for every installation carried out by our accredited installers and only then when each job is independently reviewed by Oscar Onsite is a certificate of Completion issued.
